Reiki Level I Training

Western Usui Reiki is a traditional Japanese Healing technique that channels life force energy and encourages healing on every level by removing energy blockages and reminding the body of its ability to heal itself. 

 In Reiki I we learn the history, techniques and basics of Reiki healing. 

The focus of this level is on using reiki for self healing and self care. 

However, you will also learn how to give Reiki to others and we will have plenty of time to practice so that you feel confident using these new skills on yourself, your family, friends, pets, plants etc.  

You will receive your Level I attunement and certification. 

***If you are already a healing arts practitioner, Reiki blends beautifully with other modalities and can be a great addition to your practice.
